Inquiries and privacy.

When you submit an inquiry, AVS uses your name, contact details, message, and any athlete information you choose to provide to respond and discuss services. Inquiry records are private and limited to authorized AVS admins.

Email follow-ups

Submitting this form asks AVS to acknowledge your inquiry, respond, and follow up about your request. It does not sign you up for a newsletter or unrelated promotions. AVS does not send an automatic customer follow-up sequence. To stop further inquiry follow-ups, reply to AVS or contact us using the address below. Existing unsubscribe links remain available.

Activity statistics

If you allow activity statistics, AVS records page paths and inquiry clicks without your name or email. Campaign source labels can accompany an inquiry so AVS knows which page brought you here. The visitor preference is saved on your device. Clear the site's local storage to reset it.

Player pages

Inquiries do not automatically create a public player profile. A profile is reviewed and published individually after permission to share its information and media has been recorded. Public profiles do not include private inquiry contact information.

Service providers

The configured platform uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for private inquiry operations, Resend for email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam checks. Contact AVS at gyarberry32@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
